Run with the monitors

Went for a morning run at 7am to beat the heat, and did not beat anything. It rained last night so it was super sticky! Did a lovely run around Lumphini Park where those huge monitor lizards roam. They are my new favourite misunderstood animal after Jelly Fish! 

It was a good run did two laps around the park, but the air quality is not good here even in the park with trees. Found a local coffee stand and smoothies to bring back to the room and  Captain Squid! Captain Squid the original croissant place is what they call themselves. Why Keenan asked and I could not tell you, but they are fresh and yummy!
