Back to night markets - Chaing Mai, Thailand

We’ve met Auntie Diane in Chaing Mai! She flew in he night before and was ready to show us the sites! We grabbed a snack at “The House” a very lovely place nearby (it felt like a hipster place in Toronto) followed by a hike to the night market! And we ate food along the wall all the way there!
New winner of the best banana pancakes is Chaing Mai!! So delicious! We had mango, a Nutella and a banana one! All of us sharing!
We also had coconut waffles and pineapple street food waffles and I got a butterfly pea sticky rice and mango dessert! The meat eaters had fish cakes, and dumplings and All sorts of street food! The kids also grabbed some Thai ice cream. I had a falafel on the walk back but it wasn’t great. There’s a lot of variety!

Diane is trying to convince Mark to go to the insect zoo tomorrow. Not sure how this will play out as he nearly lost his mind when all these moth like moulting ants attacked the lights of the Saturday night market. It was kinda funny!

This is the best night market yet! Lots of variety and local crafts and tons
Of food!
